Could changing when or what you eat help manage bipolar symptoms? UC Berkeley is conducting the largest study of its kind to explore whether two eating approaches—the Mediterranean Diet and Eating by the Clock (eating during a regular 10-hour window each day)—might help with mood, sleep, and energy for people living with bipolar disorder.
