Resources

Bipolar Australia has produced a number of resources which will be of interest to many people who are affected by Bipolar Disorder. We believe that people who are affected by Bipolar Disorder are more likely to experience recovery if they feel that they are part of the wider community. Volunteering is a great way to reconnect with the world, find new friends, and feel part of something bigger than just yourself.

Many of the resources Bipolar Australia has developed would not have been possible without the dedicated support of volunteers. If you would like to help make recovery possible for every one of the 568,000 Australians affected by the condition, click here to find out what you can do to assist us.
